이 약관은 Kmingo 웹사이트, 레시피 도구, 커뮤니티, 연결된 메시징 채널 및 Flamingo 쇼핑 서비스 이용에 적용됩니다.
주문과 계약 성립
고객은 결제 전에 상품, 수량, 가격, 배송비, 수령인 정보를 확인·수정할 수 있습니다. 재고 예약과 주문 생성만으로 계약이 확정되지 않으며, 토스페이먼츠 결제 승인과 Kmingo 서버의 금액·주문 검증이 모두 성공한 때 주문이 성립합니다. 품절, 가격 오류, 중복·변조·만료 요청은 승인 전 거절할 수 있고 이미 결제된 경우 신속히 취소·환급합니다.
배송·취소·교환·환불
배송 가능 지역, 배송비, 무료배송 기준, 출고 예상일과 청약철회 기준은 배송·교환·환불 정책에 따릅니다. 법정 소비자 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
후기와 커뮤니티
후기는 운영 정책에 따라 승인·거절·숨김 처리될 수 있으며, 작성자는 제출한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 유지합니다. Kmingo에는 서비스 운영·노출·홍보를 위한 비독점적 이용권이 부여됩니다. 실제 구매 여부와 후기 수집·처리 기준은 후기 화면에 표시합니다.
AI 레시피 주의사항
AI가 생성한 레시피에는 오류나 부적절한 대체재가 포함될 수 있습니다. 의료·영양·알레르기·영유아 급식·식품안전 조언이 아니며, 조리 전 제품 라벨, 알레르기, 보관법, 중심온도와 공공기관 지침을 직접 확인해야 합니다.
운영자와 고객지원
문의: support@datamingo.com. 상호, 대표자, 사업자등록번호, 통신판매업 신고번호, 사업장 주소, 전화번호, 반품 주소는 실제 운영자 확인 후 결제 전 화면과 사이트 푸터에 게시해야 하며, 해당 정보 입력 전에는 실결제를 개시하면 안 됩니다.

Service use
You may use Kmingo for lawful personal or business cooking-related purposes. You must not interfere with the service, evade access controls, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to obtain private data or server credentials.
Accounts and messaging channels
You are responsible for activity under your account or connected messaging identity. Keep access to your Telegram, email, or other platform account secure. Availability may vary by country, platform, language, and provider configuration.
AI recipe guidance
AI-generated recipes and recommendations may contain errors or unsuitable substitutions. They are not medical, nutrition, allergy, infant-feeding, or food-safety advice. Check product labels, allergens, dietary restrictions, safe internal temperatures, storage guidance, and local public-health recommendations before cooking or serving food.
Community content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Kmingo a non-exclusive license to host, moderate, display, and distribute approved submissions for operating and promoting the service. Content remains non-public until approved. We may reject or remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unrelated.
Orders and payments
Product availability, final price, shipping, taxes, and any sales-specific cancellation or return terms are shown during checkout or order support. Payments are processed by Toss Payments. An order is not complete until payment confirmation succeeds. Duplicate, altered, expired, or unverifiable payment requests may be rejected.
Voluntary support payments
Support payments made through app.kmingo.com or chat.kmingo.com are voluntary contributions toward operating and improving Kmingo. They do not purchase a product, unlock a feature, influence recipe recommendations, or create an investment or ownership interest. Kmingo is not a tax-qualified charity, so a tax-deductible donation receipt is not issued. Contact support@datamingo.com with the Toss Payments receipt for refund questions.
Intellectual property
Kmingo, Flamingo branding, software, site design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute protected materials except where the service expressly allows sharing.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, safety, provider changes, or legal requirements. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. Kmingo is not responsible for losses caused by ignoring food-safety guidance, undisclosed allergies, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or uses outside the intended service.
Contact and disputes
Contact support@datamingo.com first so we can address service or order issues. Mandatory consumer protections and the law of the place where they apply are not limited by these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
