Privacy Policy
Kmingo는 kmingo.com, app.kmingo.com, chat.kmingo.com, Flamingo 쇼핑·레시피·커뮤니티 서비스를 운영하기 위해 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 처리합니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 결제 카드·계좌 비밀번호는 Kmingo가 저장하지 않고 토스페이먼츠가 처리합니다.
처리 항목·목적
- 주문·배송: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 우편번호, 주소, 배송메모 — 주문 이행, 배송, 취소·환불, 고객지원.
- 결제: 주문번호, 결제키, 금액, 결제상태, 영수증·취소 기록 — 결제 확인, 중복결제 방지, 정산 및 분쟁 대응.
- 문의: 이름, 이메일, 문의유형, 내용, 접수시각, 보안 검증값 — 문의 답변과 스팸·부정이용 방지.
- 서비스: 플랫폼 사용자 ID, 표시이름, 언어, 레시피 요청, 저장 항목, 후기·커뮤니티 제출물 — 기능 제공과 품질 개선.
- 자동 생성 정보: IP, 브라우저·기기 정보, 접속·오류·보안 로그, GA4 이벤트 — 서비스 안정성, 통계, 보안.
보유기간
- 계약·청약철회, 결제 및 재화 공급 기록: 5년.
- 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록: 3년.
- 표시·광고 기록: 6개월.
- 문의·계정·커뮤니티 정보: 목적 달성 또는 삭제 요청 시까지. 다만 법적 의무, 분쟁, 보안상 필요한 범위는 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.
처리위탁·국외처리
서비스 운영을 위해 Supabase(데이터베이스), Railway·Vercel(호스팅), Toss Payments(결제), Resend(이메일), Cloudflare Turnstile(스팸 방지), Google Analytics(통계), 설정된 AI·메시징 제공자를 이용할 수 있습니다. 제공자와 서버 위치에 따라 정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있으며, 실제 배포 전 각 제공자의 법인명·국가·이전 항목·방법·보유기간을 운영자 정보와 함께 최종 고지해야 합니다.
권리와 요청
이용자는 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 거래기록은 다른 정보와 분리해 해당 기간 보관할 수 있습니다. 요청은 support@datamingo.com으로 보내주세요.
보호조치와 파기
전송구간 암호화, 역할 기반 접근통제, 서버 전용 비밀키, RLS, 감사로그를 적용합니다. 보유기간이 끝난 전자정보는 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 삭제합니다.

This policy explains how Kmingo handles information when you use its websites, shopping, recipe, community, support, and connected messaging services. The Korean provisions above govern the Korea storefront; this English section is a convenience summary.
Information we handle
- Account and profile details, such as platform user ID, display name, language, and saved preferences.
- Recipe requests, chat messages, saved recipes, challenge entries, ratings, and approved community photos.
- Support and business inquiry details that you choose to submit.
- Technical records such as timestamps, device or browser information, request logs, and security events.
- Order and payment status. Card and bank credentials are handled by Toss Payments and are not stored by Kmingo.
Why we use information
We use information to provide recipe recommendations, save your choices, operate community and challenge features, process orders, answer inquiries, prevent abuse, secure the service, and improve quality. We do not sell personal information.
AI and recipe data
Messages may be sent to configured AI providers to produce recipe results. Recipe and quality logs may be reviewed to detect unsafe, irrelevant, or low-quality output. Do not submit sensitive health, financial, or identity information in recipe prompts.
Sharing and service providers
We share only what is needed with hosting, database, analytics, messaging, AI, storage, and payment providers. These providers process information under their own terms and our operational instructions. Information may be processed outside your country where those services operate.
Advertising and cookies
Where you consent, Kmingo may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization. You can decline advertising consent without losing access to Kmingo's core recipe features. You may clear the Kmingo advertising preference in your browser storage and review Google's advertising controls at any time.
Public content and moderation
Challenge entries, reviews, captions, and photos remain private while pending moderation. Approved submissions may appear publicly with the display information you provided. Rejected content is not published.
Retention and security
Contract, withdrawal, payment, and supply records are retained for five years; consumer complaint and dispute records for three years; and advertising records for six months where Korean e-commerce law applies. We use access controls, server-side secrets, audit logs, row-level security, and transport encryption.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed for fraud prevention and transaction records.
Children
Kmingo is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. Parents or guardians should supervise children using recipe suggestions, especially for allergens, choking hazards, and cooking equipment.
